Regardless of what insurance company is responsible for your claim, we do not work for the insurance company, we work for you.  This means that it is your decision and ours as to how your repairs are done, what kinds of parts are used, whether parts are repaired or replaced, etc, etc.  It also means that you are responsible for payment, and it is important for you to realize that payment may be more or less than the insurance company pays for the repairs.  Our hourly rates are posted and those rates and repair methods will be clearly noted on your estimate copy from us.  Any changes in the repair method after the job is started will be communicated to you and a detailed supplement showing the changes will be completed.  We guarantee all of our work backed with a written warranty.  We are committed to doing quality repair work at reasonable prices, and most importantly, providing excellent service to you, our customer.
